Distribution of Krangean in the local name or May Chang, spread across various countries, namely Nepal, China, Taiwan, South Korea, and several countries in Southeast Asia including Indonesia, May Chang or plants that known as “Mountain pepper”, is one of the plants mountains which have medicinal properties and produce essential oils, this plant is from the Lauraceae family has various uses such as raw materials for perfume, flavoring, cosmetics, and drugs.
